Description / Abstract
As we contemplate the question, what is an evangelical? We need to realize that we would like to refer to instead of individual evangelicals to the evangelical church in its corporate dimension. We will also be focusing on the evangelical church in our Latin American context. However, it is even more relevant for us that we will be looking at our Church of the Nazarene within the evangelical movement in Latin America. Finally, we would like to reflect on the church today towards the future. So as we attempt to answer the question, what is an evangelical? my approach will to give a general description taking into consideration these specific elements.
