Description / Abstract
Becoming a disciple is a process without an end this side of death. All Christians are to grow continually as disciples of Jesus Christ. While becoming a disciple is a lifelong journey, the first two years of a new believer’s spiritual life are pivotal. In these first years new Christians need to build a solid foundation that will stand strong in times of trial and temptation. Unfortunately, if they do not build this solid foundation, their weak foundation will crumble during times of trial and temptation. (Matthew 7:24-27)
To help in this discipleship process, we have developed this two-year set of Bible Studies. This set of studies is a tool to help you, as the teacher, lead your students as they journey from being new Christians to becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. These studies span the Bible from beginning to end, giving your students a thorough understanding of the story of God as revealed in the Bible.
