Norman Shoemaker

Norman Shoemaker served most recently as founder and director of the Center for Pastoral Leadership at Point Loma Nazarene University from 2004 until his retirement in 2014. He also helped found the Nazarene Strengths Institute and remains active conducting training events designed to help leaders leverage their strengths for effective ministry and service. He has authored two books, Discipleship is More than a Twelve-Letter Word and Small Groups… Big Ministry, and has been the featured speaker at a number of district and general church events.
