During her 15-year tenure as a global telecommunications manager, she developed significant expertise in international business operations. Her transition to academia as an adjunct professor has provided unique insights from an educational and research perspective. Ms. Beikman is a co-founder and owner of Midwest Home Care Solutions LLC. Her doctoral research focuses on the ethical integration of Artificial Intelligence in strategic management education at faith-based institutions, contributing a valuable framework for implementing AI while maintaining alignment with Christian values and educational missions. Her work bridges the gap between technological advancement and ethical considerations in higher education, particularly addressing the challenges faced by faith-based institutions in adapting to rapidly evolving technological landscapes.
