Arrand Troy Pavy is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) in Marion, Indiana. Prior to assuming a full-time faculty position on the main campus in the Fall of 2023, he served as adjunct faculty with the IWU National & Global campus (2011–2023), where he taught graduate and undergraduate marketing and business courses. Troy enjoys sharing practical insight with students for an enriched classroom experience based on over 20 years of professional marketing experience–including marketing management, product management, and marketing consultation–and interests in marketing strategy, digital marketing, consumer behavior, product management, marketing funnel engagement, and virtuous business. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University, an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University, and a DBA in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Troy partnered with IWU’s National & Global campus to address the enrollment challenges in Christian higher education and the marketing funnel when completing his applied doctoral project, titled Student Engagement in the Recruitment and Admissions Funnel.
